This whole lamb provides a beautiful variety of cuts, including leg, shoulder, chops, ribs, and stew meat — perfect for traditional Eid meals, family gatherings, and charitable distribution. Let us know your preferred cutting method Slaughtering takes place on the first day of Eid Al-Adha. Cutting follows on the second day of Eid Al-Adha until the last day. Allow up to 10 days after Eid for delivery. If you would like us to donate any of your order please let us know in the notes along with cutting or packaging instructions. Donations are distributed through Waterloo Masjid. SERVING TIP: Use the premium cuts like lamb leg and chops for roasting or grilling, while shoulder, ribs, and stew pieces are perfect for slow-cooked dishes, biryani, mandi, mansaf, or hearty curries.
